SaaS pricing usually punishes success. The more patients you book, the more the software costs, and there's no relationship between what you pay and what you actually made.
Plans & Billing
Kashfy's pricing is booking-based. Each plan includes a monthly quota of confirmed bookings; overage is charged per extra booking at a fixed rate. If you have a slow month, you pay the plan minimum and nothing more. If you have a busy month, the extra cost is directly tied to the extra revenue you generated.
Cancellations don't count against your quota. Neither do no-shows detected by the reminder system. You pay for the bookings your plan covers, not per doctor or per message. If you grow past it, you pay only for the extra bookings.

Common questions
What counts as a 'booking' toward my quota?
A confirmed, non-cancelled, non-no-show appointment that resulted in a visit. Cancellations, no-shows, and reschedules don't add to the count.
What if I go over my quota mid-month?
Overage bookings continue at the per-booking rate. There's no interruption to service; the extra just shows up on the next invoice.
Can I pay annually for a discount?
Yes. Annual billing gets 2 months free. Available on all plans except free trials.
What happens if I stop paying?
Access is suspended until the outstanding invoice is settled. Your data isn't deleted: you can ask us for an export, and everything is back as it was once the invoice is paid.
