Common questions
How is this different from the In-Dashboard AI Agent?
The AI Agent is for running the clinic: bookings, revenue, the team. The Doctor Assistant is the doctor's own: their patients' records, their schedule, what a patient paid, and filing lab and scan papers.
Can reception use it?
No. It's for doctors only, and a doctor sees only their own patients, exactly like the patient pages.
Will it tell me what a lab result means?
No. It reads only the name and date printed on the paper to find the patient. It doesn't describe or interpret the result, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
What happens when my tokens run out?
You'll see it under the chat. Add a pack (100K for 50 EGP, 200K for 100 EGP, 500K for 250 EGP) or wait for the monthly 500K to renew on the 1st.
Can it change anything in the record?
No. It only reads. The one thing it can do is save an uploaded paper to a patient, and only when you tap to confirm.
